It’s a little wonder that pasta is one of the most loved dishes around the world. With a bit of effort, and great reward, we’ll teach you how to create very simple and delicious home made pasta for any occasion.
Our chef tutor will share lots of cookery advice and inspiration – and because there’ll be a maximum of eight households in the class, you’ll get plenty of interaction with them.

- Learn about the different pasta making regions of Italy
- Create a classic sauce with simple ingredients
FRESH PASTA PUTTANESCA AND INDULGENT TIRAMISU

Learn how to make fresh pasta – in this case, little cavatelli from southern Italy, which are the perfect shape for soaking up piquant puttanesca sauce. While the pasta dough rests, you’ll make a classic Italian tiramisu for dessert.
