Gin lovers, here’s your chance to create three classic cocktails based on your favourite spirit. Nicolae and Lauren, our WSET qualified Drinks Specialists, will give you top tips and tricks to help you master each one, tailored to the ingredients you have in your home.

  • Ice
  • Gin
  • Tonic
  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar syrup/agave syrup/honey
  • Cointreau
  • Egg white
  • Soda water
  • Soft fruit/jam/marmalade
  • Creme de mure/cassis/Chambord
  • Fruit to garnish
  • Strainer or sieve
  • Cocktail shaker or empty jar
  • Spirit measure, shot glass or egg cup

About your instructors

Nicolae is the Partnership’s resident cocktail expert, and a WSET qualified Drinks Specialist (Wine and Spirit Education Trust). He’ll guide you through some classic guidelines, before helping you understand how to be more creative with what you have in your own drinks cabinet.

Lauren is a Regional Drinks Specialist and Educator for the Partnership. She has WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) qualifications in Wine and Spirits, and enjoys delving into the history of drinks. Lauren is excited to help you discover the wonders of cocktail making with your everyday ingredients at home.

Joining a virtual experience: Our Virtual Experiences will take place via Zoom. We’d recommend using a laptop or desktop if possible to make it easier for you to take part. Two days before your Virtual Experience, we’ll send you full details on how to join.
