Joining an in-store event:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your session and make your way to the Discovery Room on the 3rd Floor, as detailed in your confirmation email. Please bring your ticket with you, either printed or on your phone, and your My John Lewis card or app for ticket redemption.
