Joining an in-store event
Please arrive at the store at least 10 minutes before the start of the session and make your way to the Skin+Me counter on the Ground Floor as detailed in your confirmation email.
Please bring your ticket with you, either printed or on your phone.
This event requires you to bring your My John Lewis card (either your physical card or virtually on your John Lewis app) in order to receive your ticket redemption.
