In this session John Lewis & Partners buyers, Unna and Emily will explain why good sleep is so essential for our wellbeing, as well as how the team selects products to make bedtime even better. They’ll talk on how to get the foundations right for your bedroom and help demystify shopping for a good mattress, pillow and bedding. Plus, they’ll be happy to have any questions you might have throughout the virtual experience.

About your instructors:
Unna is a Buyer for the filled bedding department at John Lewis & Partners and has been with the company for almost eight years. Working within the team has shifted the way she sleeps and she now shares this knowledge with others to help them make the most of those precious hours of rest.
Emily has worked across many different categories in her seven years at John Lewis & Partners, but now lends her skills as a Buyer. She selects the best products to help customers wake up feeling more rested and refreshed.
What you’ll need:
- Just a comfy place to sit, preferably in your bedroom, a bunch of keys if possible, and the drink of your choice to enjoy during the session.
Joining a virtual experience: Our Virtual Experiences take place via Zoom. We’d recommend using a laptop or desktop if possible to make it easier for you to take part. Two days before your Virtual Experience, we’ll send you full details on how to join.
