H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) Short bursts of high intensity-based exercises completed in a circuits format, using equipment ranging from Battle ropes to Medicine balls. If you have experience of training this will be a great class for you.
Stretch & Recovery A low intensity class, focusing on stretch and movement. If you have back pain or struggle with Mobility, this is the class for you.
Circuits Circuits involve a series of exercises completed consecutively targeting different muscle groups, increasing strength & cardiovascular fitness. This class is perfect for any level of fitness.
